Mr. Kirshenboim has more than 20 years experience in global technology, marketing, manufacturing and

finance.

 

He has held prestigious positions with various Israeli high-tech companies. Currently, he is a strategic advisorfor start-up companies as well as Israeli top 100 companies.

 

In 2002 Mr.Kirshenboim was CEO for SilverHelm, Inc., an Israeli wireless technology company, developing and supporting products in the cellular and wireless markets. Areas of expertise include the developing of strategic plans, leading the company through the R&D phase, product specification process, manufacturing process in China, as well as fund raising. In addition successfully launching new products in the US market. 

In 1998, he was CEO of Ventura Communications Internet, Inc. (VCI), an Israeli based Business Accelerator for young Information Technology companies. Mr. Kirshenboim was responsible for the acceleration and globalization of the group's companies.  Expertise included funds raising, M&A, developing strategic and marketing plans, identifying attractive technologies and companies, building Joint ventures, managing multinational teams and negotiating complex contracts.

Prior to VCI, he was acting CEO and Product Manager for Golden Screens Interactive Technologies, Inc., where he was responsible for launching information kiosks worldwide. He was managing the Information flow process (content, design, processing), marketing and placing of the kiosks.

 

He held management post and was Director of Business Analysis Department at Dun & Bradstreet, Israel.

 

Mr. Kirshenboim holds an MBA from Tel Aviv University and a BS in Agriculture Sciences from Hebrew University, both with honors.  He has also competed International Marketing at Wharton University.
